“The judge dismissed a [temporary restraining order] barring people from joining Supreme,” an insider told Page Six.
On Thursday, Supreme said it’s expanding with former Wilhelmina employees Donat Barrault, Josh Bostwick, Lisa Forsberg, Taylor Warren and Kristen Bolt.
The new hires start Monday. CEO Julia Haart made the announcement.
Wilhelmina CEO Bill Wackermann told us that the case was settled and, “Wilhelmina was thrilled.”
He claimed that “the court supported Wilhelmina’s point of view. We’re happy we have put in place our six-month non-solicitation of models. We’re moving forward with our business. We’re excited about the future. If you take on Wilhelmina . . . we will fight you tooth-and-nail.”
