Busy Phillipps’ favorite trainer doesn’t believe in ‘cheat meals’

Fitness guru Lauren Kleban eats whatever she wants, whenever she wants.

Chatting with Page Six on Wednesday, the founder of fitness method Lekfit, a workout that counts Busy Philipps as a “die-hard fan”, told us that she doesn’t put any restrictions on her diet.

“I don’t believe in cheat meals … I try to stay clean when I can and get all my nutrients, but there’s nothing off-limits,” she said. “If it looks good, smells good, [and] I’m craving it, I’m going to eat it.”

Kleban joined athleisure brands Bandier and All Access for pop-up sessions at the Standard High Line Hotel designed to give New Yorkers a taste of her Los Angeles-based sweat sesh.

Philipps, whose Instagram feed and stories are filled with Lekfit’s workouts, showed up to for Kleban’s second class of the morning sporting a pink ponytail.
